Terms of Service

Welcome to Olivet. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Olivet website, mobile application, and related services operated by The Switchboard Collective LLC.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Accounts

To use certain features, you may need an account. You are responsible for accurate registration information, credential security, and activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service in violation of law or regulation.
  • Do not interfere with systems, upload harmful code, scrape data without consent, or impersonate others.
  • Do not use the Service to generate, distribute, or host unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or rights-violating content.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited license needed to host, store, process, display, and improve the Service.

5. AI and Support Features

Olivet may use AI and third-party providers to generate support, reflection, and guidance features. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be treated as professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

6. Optional URL Filter

Olivet may offer an optional system URL Filter on supported versions of iOS. You choose whether to enable it. Enabling the filter is not required to use the rest of the Service. It is not a VPN, MDM profile, or Family Controls product.

The filter is a help, not a guarantee. It can miss sites, apply only to some system traffic, and allow a request when a check is inconclusive. You remain responsible for how you use your device and for turning the filter off in iOS settings or Olivet if you no longer want it. The filter can stay enabled after you sign out until you disable it.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are presented at purchase and may depend on the payment provider.
